About Coach Stacy
My name is Dr. Stacy Williams, H.C. — Faith-Based Health & Holistic Wellness Coach, Honorary Doctorate Recipient, and founder of Stacy Williams Enterprise LLC. I hold a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, and have dedicated over 22 years to serving patients in both administrative and clinical healthcare.
Learning is a lifelong journey, and I remain committed to growing, healing, and learning — so I can better empower, uplift, and serve every woman I coach, because you deserve guidance from someone committed to becoming better too.
But here is what no degree can fully tell you about me: I have sat where you are sitting. I have stared at medical reports that tried to define my future. I have grieved divorce, multiple pregnancies, survived surgery that left me with one fallopian tube, health challenges such as hypertension, diabetes, liver disease, depression, and still stand today — married, a mother, and still believing God for more.
Six years ago I chose VSG bariatric surgery and transformed my life — going from 245 lbs down to 120 lbs. That journey taught me something no textbook ever could: lasting transformation is never just physical. It is Spiritual, Mental, and Emotional. It is the healing of the whole woman.
I wrote Infertile Woman: Overcoming The Impossible because I needed that book to exist for me — and now it exists for you. I am a wife, a mother, a coach, a speaker, and most importantly a prayer warrior who believes that nothing — no diagnosis, no setback, no number on a scale — is impossible with God.
